How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. For larger furniture items or delicate decor, delivery can take up to 10-14 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy for home goods?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom furniture and final sale items are not eligible for return.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, CraveHome ships to the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our shipping zones to more international destinations soon.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if an item arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage to initiate a replacement.
Are your materials sustainably sourced?
Yes, we prioritize eco-friendly manufacturing. Many of our textiles are Oeko-Tex certified, and our wood products are sourced from responsibly managed forests.
Can I track my delivery in real-time?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. For white-glove furniture delivery, our courier will call you to schedule a specific time slot.
